How much will delivery cost?
UK Deliveries
All UK delivery options below apply to every UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and the Isle of Man. There are no non-mainland surcharges: standard delivery is FREE everywhere in the UK.

* Orders need to be placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery
** Orders need to be placed before 2pm on a Friday to be delivered by the following Saturday.
*** Collection hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-2pm. Please wait for a confirmation email before attempting to collect an order from us. Please note we need to see Photographic ID when picking up the order.

International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, VAT will be deducted at checkout. We cover the cost of export only. Deliveries to EU countries may incur import taxes and custom duties, which are payable by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot say how much these might be as they vary from country to country. When will my order be despatched?
All orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. A despatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers)
Who will deliver my order?
We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by the size, weight, value of the goods and delivery address location
Will I know when my delivery is due?
Yes, most carriers will notify you via email or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your despatch email or on this website
Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?
A signature may be required upon delivery of some orders. You will be notified of this in your despatch confirmation email and/or by the courier directly
What if I'm not in when the carrier attempts to deliver my order?
The carrier will post a 'you were not home' card which will include their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse.
You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to despatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply
Are there any other delivery services available?
Other timed express delivery options may be available on selected items. Please contact us for more information
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, then please refuse delivery and/or contact us as soon as possible
What happens if my order is not delivered within the promised timeframe?
If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given timeframe, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order
What if I want to return my item?
